Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns trial period lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange on your service fees.

We offer a 14 day evaluation period for our services. This period starts from the day you receive your active device.

If you have any issues with your service, we ask that you reach out to us and allow us to solve the problems you may be experiencing, as it may be a simple solution to get you up and going.

If you are not satisfied with our help and connectivity services at anytime during the initial 14 days, carefully package up the equipment we have provided and return to us for a full refund of your service.

A 70% refund on the equipment deposit will be provided, back to your payment method given at first checkout. We cannot refund the initial $26 Setup Fee and a 5% credit card processing fee (5% of the total initial charge will not be refunded). 30% of your equipment deposit goes to reconditioning the equipment that you used.

After the 14 day evaluation period we will not refund the monthly service fees paid to date. You can cancel at any time, but we do not pro-rate our services.

We do not use service contracts for our standard customers.  We do not process credit checks. You may cancel service at any time during your use of our services. After the initial 14 day trial period of your first month we do not refund payment, in full or partial, for the monthly services paid; no matter how many days the service is used for that month. 

We must receive all parts and packaging of our equipment in order to be eligible for equipment deposit return. It must be in the original packaging.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days. We do not have control over how long the banks will take to do this, but we will process our part immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and we do provide the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
