Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you have any issues with your service, we ask that you reach out to us and allow us to solve the problems you may be experiencing, as it may be a simple solution to get you up and going.

If you are not satisfied with our help and connectivity services at anytime during the initial 14 days, carefully package up the equipment we have provided and return to us for a full refund for the equipment.

After the initial 14 day trial period of your first month we do not refund payment, in full or partial, for the monthly services paid; no matter how many days the service is used for that month.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days. We do not have control over how long the banks will take to do this, but we will process our part immediately.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
