Our services include complete remote support and monitoring for your internet connection. We monitor your uptime and downtime and respond as quickly as possible to keep you up and running around the clock.
We fully service the routers we supply. We may at times upgrade your equipment, free of charge, when a certain level may be deemed no longer useful, or as a complete update to the devices software and useful remote connectivity features.
This minimizes downtime by not having to ask our customers to go through device updates or other updating related downtime that may end up with issues requiring the device to be sent back to us anyway. This also ensures that you, the customer, never has to worry about what device to purchase or when it might be time to update the equipment.
We handle it all. All included in your subscription service pricing, for the life of your account. Potentially forever.
In short, your initial device deposit covers your device for the life of your account. Potentially allowing you to never have to purchase equipment ever again. Ever Again. We require a device deposit to ensure we are not going to lose our investment if we do not receive the device back, if a customer decides to move to another connectivity solution provider.

The device deposit is 70% refunded if the customer decides to both cancel their service and returns our device. This is subject to a lesser deposit return if the device is damaged, not-functioning, or missing parts. Our setup fee is non-refundable.
If you need us to help you get a data plan, we charge a low $64 a month subscription fee to provide a data plan for you. This is automatically added to your $55 monthly service subscription if you choose the option “WiFi Delivered Data Plan”.
