NOTE: We typically default to the “BLUE Network” coverage. If you can get cell service on a cell phone at all at your location, inside or outside, we should be able to provide a connectivity solution to fit your needs; whether it’s “BLUE”, “PINK”, or “RED”.
We are now offering connectivity solutions of a few different levels. All levels offer the same monthly service fee of $119 a month. This includes remote support for our connectivity service, site connection troubleshooting, and remote connectivity consultation when needed.
The different levels are a reference to the capability level of the cellular modem in our devices. Level 1 is a standard level modem that has been a long running worker in the cellular connection industry; either category 4 or category 6. Level 2 comes with a category 12 cellular modem solution. Level 3 is a category 16 or 18 mobile connectivity solution.
The devices that we offer are ours, we are no longer offering devices for sale that you own and keep. We may at times swap out the device you are sent with another as either an upgraded unit, when a certain level may be deemed no longer useful, or as a complete update to the devices software and useful remote connectivity features. This minimizes downtime by not having to ask our customers to go through device updates or other updating related downtime that may end up with issues requiring the device to be sent back to us anyway. This also ensures that you, the customer, never has to worry about what device to purchase or when it might be time to update the equipment. We handle it all, included in your subscription service pricing.
We do require a device deposit to ensure we are not going to lose our investment if we do not receive the device back, if a customer decides to move to another connectivity solution provider.
Plan Levels:
Level 1
$200 device deposit for the LVL 1 Service
Managed Remote Connectivity Service
Category 4 or 6 level wireless cellular device and basic wifi capabilities.
$26 Setup Fee Included.
Level 2
$300 device deposit for the LVL 2 Service
Managed Remote Connectivity Service
Category 12 level wireless cellular device and basic wifi capabilities.
$26 Setup Fee Included.
Level 3
$400 device deposit for the LVL 3 Service
Managed Remote Connectivity Service
Category 16 or 18 level wireless cellular device and basic wifi capabilities.
$26 Setup Fee Included.
Wireless Haven Devices
This plan is for customer of The Wireless Haven.

Device deposit is 70% refunded if the customer decides to both cancel their service and returns the device complete. Subject to a lesser deposit return if the device is damaged, not-functioning, or missing parts. Setup fee is not refunded.
